LennarSuite is a suite of applications which allow real estate agents, loan officers, individual buyers and sellers of real property or other consumers to enter detailed information and calculate an estimate of costs involved when buying and selling specific parcels of real property. The various applications provide estimates of costs, including, but not limited to, costs for the lender’s loan estimate, the amount of proceeds that sellers may realize from a sale, the costs of renting versus owning a property, total transaction costs that buyers may incur and periodic mortgage payments that they may make, and the mortgage amount for which a buyer may qualify. Use of LennarSuite applications is provided solely as a convenience to customers of Lennar Title Company (the "Company") and is subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth on the Company's website, www.LennarTitle.com, which are expressly incorporated herein by reference, including, but not limited to, the Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability. Estimates obtained through use of LennarSuite applications are estimates only and are not a quote or commitment to provide title insurance, escrow or closing services. The Company believes that estimates obtained through use of LennarSuite are generally reliable when calculated, but the Company makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy or sufficiency of such estimates with respect to any particular transaction. Errors in estimates may result from various causes and for various reasons including, but not limited to, user error when entering transaction detail information, inadvertent programming errors and changes in transaction details, such as sales price, type of title insurance policy selected, provision of additional services resulting in overall increases in cost of services, increases in recording fees and other costs payable to governmental entities, and other changes in the information used to calculate estimates. The Company must charge title insurance and escrow and closing fees as filed with or required by applicable state and local law. By proceeding with use of LennarSuite, user acknowledges and agrees to the foregoing Terms and Conditions and hereby releases the Company from, and agrees to hold the Company harmless and indemnify the Company against, any claims or causes of action arising therefrom.
